What's that you say, LK? You spent a week in swimming lessons? The week started off rough and she cried the entire hour the first day. Day 2, only a few minutes of crying-thank goodness! Day 3-5, she wanted to be the first one and couldn't wait for her next turn. For 2.5 years old, she did great and can swim about 5 feet by herself. She loves to jump off the side and show off her skills in Mimi and and Papa's pool. We are so proud of Lena Kate.

She was the youngest in her class of 7 and held her own very well.

Such a cute little gal she is! I'm so proud she did so well with swimming. I am TERRIFIED of swimming (I like to splash in the shallow end, and that's it) but I really need to make sure Q learns how to swim, because I'm a nervous wreck when we take him to a pool.
Good for LK!! I can' swim, so I want Tadpole to learn for sure.

Oh we need rain so bad, I always worry about the creatures. Poor wildlife...they are so thirsty.
Both of my kiddos hated swimming lessons, but they are doing great in the water now! I love all the pics of LK in the water...she is adorable!
