Two meals out in one day-what a treat. Miss LK was such a good girl on Wednesday. Leslee treated Nancy, myself and Lena Kate to lunch at La Fogata so she could finalize the rehersal dinner plans for Trent and Nancy's wedding in February. Lucky us, we got to go "along for the ride." Then Wednesday night we went to dinner at Stone Werks and she was just such a sweet girl. She got a little hungry as we were getting the bill taken care of, but who could blame her? We had eaten and it was her turn. She has been going about 3 hours between meals which has allowed for nice outings. Unfortunately, Lane worked late and couldn't join us for dinner -we missed him.
She has also had 2 nights where she went down around 10:30 give or take a half hour-it all runs together-and only woke up around 2 to have a snack. Then she wakes up again for breakfast around 6 or 6:30. This is an ideal night so far...then there are those days when she wakes up anywhere from 2 ro 4am and grunts for a few hours....these are no quiet grunts. She sounds like a piggy...or her doggie Missy. These are her not-so-ladylike times. The grunting usually leads to several diaper changes later in the morning. I guess it is better than crying! She is such a good girl, I really can't complain at all.
It was a cold, lazy morning so Miss LK got to stay in her jammies ALL DAY. This outfit is one of my favorite. I love her in yellow and it has Noah's ark and little animal pairs all over it. Here are a few new pics from the last 2 days.
