Spinach Artichoke Dip Anyone?

I must give credit to my brother-in-law Trent for introducing us to this recipe. Otherwise I'll never hear the end of it. The only thing I contributed was the mozzarella on top.
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach (boxed kind is what I use)
1 can 6-8 small artichoke hearts: chopped
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayo
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 pkg shredded Mozzarella cheese

Boil spinach and artichokes in 1 cup water until tender and drain. Heat cream cheese in microwave for 1 minute until soft and hot. Combine everything in oven safe dish and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted. We like it best with tortilla chips

This never lasts long when somebody makes it at our house. You just can't get enough. Try it now...now...now!

How about a flashback to 3.5 months ago

Look how tiny she WAS...

That dip is making my mouth water right now!

It seems like just yesterday LK was a newborn. The time sure has gone by fast. It is fun to see her grow and change.
